Thank you for supporting Peter Fogarty Photography. I take great care to ensure every product and experience meets the highest quality standards. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files (such as photography prints, wallpapers, or other digital content) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.
If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact me promptly at peter@peterfogartyphotography.com.au, and I’ll ensure you receive the correct files.
2. Print Orders
All print products are produced on demand by The Print Space using high-quality Giclée printing on Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper.
Please note:

Each print is made to order and cannot be resold.

Refunds are only available for prints damaged in transit or if the incorrect product was received.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence of the issue.
If approved, a replacement print will be sent at no cost.
3. Workshops, Private Sessions & Vouchers

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund or credit.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, though credit may be offered at my discretion.

In the unlikely event that I need to postpone or cancel a workshop, all participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Gift vouchers and one-on-one session credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
