2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith. I reserve the right to correct any errors or update pricing without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
Payment must be received in full at the time of order through secure payment gateways (Stripe, WooPayments, or PayPal).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
4. Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are delivered electronically after payment. Once downloaded, purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure your device supports the file type before purchasing.
5. Prints, Workshops & Vouchers
Orders for physical prints, photography workshops, and gift vouchers are subject to the Refund & Returns Policy available here.
Workshops may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Copyright
All images, text, and content on this website are protected under Australian and international copyright law.
No image or text may be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Peter Fogarty Photography.
7. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure product quality and accurate information, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from website use, printing errors, or delays beyond my control.
